Designed for checking household gas meters with a flow range from 0.016 ÷ 16 m3/hour. The relative error is ± 0.3%. The scope of application is verification and calibration laboratories, including metrological service bodies at gas meter manufacturers, as well as in repair organizations.

The UPSGB‐16 units are available in the following versions:

Designed for checking household gas meters with a flow range from 0.016 ÷ 40 m3/hour. The relative error is ± 0.3%.

UPSG–60A, UPSG–60AK

Designed for checking gas meters with a flow range from 0.016 ÷ 60 m3/hour. The relative error is ± 0.3%.

UPSGr-60A

Designed for verification of gas meters G1,6; G2,5; G4; G6; G10; G16; G25; G40, as well as rotameters and flowmeters with a relative permissible error within ± 1% in the range of flow rates reproduced by the installation.

UPSG–80A

Designed for checking gas meters with a flow range from 0.016 ÷ 80 m3/hour. The relative error is ± 0.3%.

UPSGBR–16

Universal automated calibration unit, designed for checking household gas meters and rotameters with a flow rate of 0.016÷16 m3/hour. The relative error on the counters is ± 0.3%, the relative error on the rotameters is ± 0.5%.

UPSGBR–40AK

Universal automated calibration unit, designed for checking household gas meters and rotameters with a flow rate of 0.016÷40 m3/hour. The relative error on the counters is ± 0.3%, the relative error on the rotameters is ± 0.5%.

Installation for verification and calibration of household gas meters of the Gl,6; G2,5; G4; G6; G10 type, as well as flow meters and gas meters of other types in the range of reproducible installation costs, can be used in calibration and calibration laboratories, including in metrological service bodies, at gas meter manufacturers, and also in repair organizations.

UPSG-1000, 1600, 2000, 2500

Installations for verification and calibration of industrial gas meters of types RG, TGS, SG, TRZ, RVG, as well as gas meters of other types in the range of reproducible flow rates of installations.

  • UPSG-1000 - for meters with a flow rate of 0.2 to 1000 m3/h.

Kazan Experimental Plant Pribor (KOEZ Pribor) is formed on the basis of the experimental production of VNIIR, which was established in 1970. First of all, the plant specializes in the manufacture of all types of calibration units.
